Bonds
Each hire will require a bond, that is predetermined depending on the RRP of the item. This will need to be paid on top of the dress cost.

You will receive this bond back, on they day of the return of the item, if it is returned in good condition and on time.
Cancellation
​
If you hire an outfit, you are able to cancel your outfit prior to two weeks to receive a full refund.
​
Cancellation within two weeks will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
​
Please take this into consideration before booking.
Damages and Cleaning
Do not worry about cleaning the item!

We take care of all of that for you, although any stain that cannot be removed will incur no return of the bond. When an outfit is hired, it is a condition of your rental that you respect the clothing like it is your own.
Any damaged, stained or ruined item will incur a fee to mend. If the item cannot be repaired or the stain removed, the bond will NOT be returned. The bond partially compensates the business for the replacement cost of the item.
